Return Process

  Log into your Innovist account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and seals to qualify for a successful return.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the returned items, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
