What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Does Innovist test on animals?
No, Innovist is a strictly cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the development process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How long does shipping usually take?
